REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

I want you to love your Kingdom Threads purchase, but I understand that sometimes things don’t work out. I offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unused items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Return window: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to return or exchange an item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact me at shopkingdomthreads@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

2. I will email you a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item/s back.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on my part.

4. Once I receive your return, I will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange (if preferred).

If the item requested for exchange is out of stock, I will contact you with alternate options or process a full refund.
