WELCOME TO KINGDOM THREADS

Hi! I am Shanequa Lynch. I’m 16 years old, an upcoming high school senior, and currently working toward my Associate of Arts degree in Psychology through the PSEO program. I’ve been focused on pursuing my education and walking boldly in the purpose God has placed on my life. Education is very important to me, and I plan to continue my academic journey by earning my bachelor’s degree and eventually pursuing a master’s in psychology. My goal is to become a licensed child psychotherapist so I can help children heal, grow, and thrive through faith-based, compassionate care.

While I’m passionate about psychology and the human mind, the foundation of my life is my relationship with Jesus Christ. I started Kingdom Threads because I’m on fire for the Lord. I’ve experienced firsthand the power of God's love to transform, restore, and renew, and I want everything I do including this brand to reflect His glory. Kingdom Threads was born out of a desire to boldly live out my faith and encourage others to do the same.

The slogan Live the Word. Wear the Word. was inspired by Romans 1:16, which says, “For I am not ashamed of the Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes- the Jew first and also the Gentile.” That verse lit something in me. It reminded me that faith isn’t something to hide; it’s something to proclaim. I wanted to create clothing that didn’t just look good but carried a message of boldness, truth, and identity in Christ. Every design is meant to speak life, spark conversation, and help believers confidently reflect who they are and who they serve.

I believe clothing can be a form of ministry. Before we even speak, our presence can say something, and Kingdom Threads is all about making that message clear. I belong to Christ. Through bold, faith-filled designs, my mission is to help people share the Gospel, live unashamed, and walk in their Kingdom identity every single day.

Outside of school and business, I love spending time with my friends, going shopping, and enjoying the little things in life that bring joy and connection. Whether I’m exploring new places, having fun conversations, or just making memories with the people I care about, I value relationships and community deeply.

 

As a young woman growing in both my faith and my purpose, I know what it means to want to stand strong in a world that often pushes back. That’s why Kingdom Threads isn’t just a brand to me. It is a movement for believers who are tired of playing it safe and ready to stand out for God.
